Return Policy
 
At Birt Guitars we believe in the instruments we produce.  Therefore, if you're unsatisfied with your custom Birt Guitar you may return it within 5 days for a full refund.  To return your Birt Guitar please contact us at info@birtguitars.com.

If your guitar is damaged during shipping, please keep all of the packing materials and the box. Please notify us immediately by calling 727-371-5912 or emailing us at info@birtguitars.com. We will arrange to have your guitar returned to us and we will replace your damaged instrument.
 
Warranty
 
If for some reason your guitar should give you problems, we have your back.  Birt Guitars offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original owner of the guitar. 

The following items are not considered factory defects and are not covered under this warranty: Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, batteries, shrinking, discoloration, setups, adjustments or routine maintenance, damage due to extreme temperature or humidity, damage resulting from customization or repair, or normal wear and tear on parts, instruments or cases.

In addition, our warranty does not cover the following:

• Any instrument on which the serial number has been tampered

• Any instrument not purchased from an authorized dealer or upon which unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out

• Any instrument that has been damaged due to an accident, negligence or misuse

• Shipping damage of any kind

• Any subjective issues such as wood grain, tonal characteristics, and “feel”

• Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, including setup and pickup height

• Any instrument that has been subjected to extremes of humidity and temperature

• Any factory installed electronics and hardware after two years from the original date of purchase
