Return Policy

 

At Birt Guitars we believe in the instruments we produce.  Therefore, if you're unsatisfied with your custom Birt Guitar you may return it within 5 days for a full refund.  To return your Birt Guitar please contact us at info@birtguitars.com.

If your guitar is damaged during shipping, please keep all of the packing materials and the box. Please notify us immediately by calling 317-771-9205 or emailing us at info@birtguitars.com. We will arrange to have your guitar returned to us and we will replace your damaged instrument.

 

Warranty

 

If for some reason your guitar should give you problems within the first six months following the original purchase of a Birt Guitar please contact us at the information above. If a component of the guitar has failed due to a factory defect, Birt will send you a replacement part.

The following items are not considered factory defects and are not covered under this warranty: Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, batteries, shrinking, discoloration, setups, adjustments or routine maintenance, damage due to extreme temperature or humidity, damage resulting from customization or repair, or normal wear and tear on parts, instruments or cases.
